Kahoot! is taking classrooms by storm all over the world. It is a great choice for educators as it supports different learning styles. Teachers can transform a dull assessment to an engaging and at times competitive experience that leaves students asking for more! Kahoot! has two websites: GetKahoot.com is the teacher portal to create a Kahoot! and Kahoot.it can be pulled up via any browser on any device for students to play a game of Kahoot!
Teachers can create or pull from a vast library of educator created Kahoots!, duplicate, and modify to make it their own. Students can play individually with a device or teams can be grouped with one device. Students can finish the game and choose to play in GhostMode to play against their previous score, can be played at a later time, or at home.
Kahoot! is a game changer in education. Imagine students enjoying the process of preparing for standardized tests through a gaming platform. Teams can work together to read questions and review answers, and learn great test taking strategies as teachers review polled answers. Most of all - Kahoot! is FREE, and educators love great FREE resources. Great for young and old alike, everyone loves Kahoot!
